Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 requires school districts to officially adopt policy statement of nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age.
Union County Public Schools prohibit discrimination in all its programs and activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age.
