• To lead students socially to develop and maintain positive relationships with each other.

Welcome to second grade.  I hope this will be an exciting year for you.  I sincerely hope that each student will experience a happy productive year with academic, social, and personal growth.

My philosophy on education is to teach the students at the level he or she is at.  Children learn different subjects and different rates.   I find myself teach first, second, and third grade work.  I think this helps learning to be fun and fulfilling and not a pressure or a bore.  As a teacher, parent, and person, I'm reminded daily that I am not perfect.  Likewise, I don't expect my students to be perfect--but to always strive to do their best and try to improve.
